The first meeting was held on October 20, 2003 with Kevin Connelly, K. Ann McCartney and Paul McClintock attending.
Each meeting includes both chapter business and an educational program from
one or more of the parliamentary authorities. This format provides each member
with opportunity to both learn and practice parliamentary procedure.
